In order to increase corporate revenue you need customers who want to buy your products. What we advocate for is the "Next Generation Support Project" we have developed, based on increased customer satisfaction (CS), the company's vision and basic strategy.

Our approach to problem solving (training personnel for new facilities and/or vitalizing existing facilities), doesn't only refer to pointing out a problem and advising, but also considering the goal of the solution and including everyone involved as problem solvers.
